The CC BY 4.0 license allows for dissemination and copy of an article, reproduce excerpts from it, prepare abstracts, rework into other versions, remix (adapt) or make derivative works (for example, translation), include in a collective work (for example, an anthology), analyze the text or data of an article, including for commercial purposes, with full copyright reservation. However, you cannot represent the author(s) as the person who approved and signed the adaptation of the article, and you cannot change the article in such a way that is detrimental to the honor or reputation of the author.
Authors have the right to post their work on the Internet (for example, in an institute repository or on a personal website) before and during consideration of its publication.
